About DewPoint Systems
We started DewPoint in a shared apartment because we were tired of managing our own files. Two years later, about a thousand beta users trusted us with theirs.

- 2006 DewPoint Systems founded. First prototype of the sync engine runs on a single desktop under Elena's desk.
- 2006 Still working out of the apartment, Elena and Mark bring on the first two engineers.
- 2007 With the apartment lease expiring, move into a real office!
- 2007 Closed private beta opens to a small group of early testers.
- 2007 Engine rewritten from the ground up to better handle a surge in beta interest.
- 2008 Q1 Public beta invitations begin rolling out in waves.
