Do I have to pay to stay in the beta?

No. Beta places are free until the beta closes. We will write to you well before then.

What happens to my files if I cancel?

They are deleted after 30 days. Records that have been merged with other records cannot be separated and are retained.

Can I change plan?

Yes, at any time. The change applies from your next billing date.

Do you offer refunds?

If you are unhappy in the first 30 days, write to us and we will refund you.
