By using DewPoint Systems' closed beta service ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided on an as-is, invitation-only basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Beta accounts are non-transferable. Content you sync through the Service remains yours; you grant DewPoint Systems a limited license to store, index, and process that content solely to provide the Service's core functionality (sync, search, and backup). We do not sell your data to third parties.
We collect the information you provide when creating a beta account, along with usage data necessary to operate and improve the Service. This may include file metadata, access patterns, and application logs. This data is retained for the duration of your account's activity and is used internally to tune the Service's indexing and sync behavior. We do not share your personal data with advertisers. Beta participants can review the data held on their own account in the Tester Portal. Files that cannot be matched to an account are listed by file name on our site for 90 days so that their owners can claim them. Questions about this policy can be directed to our contact page.
