Photos you have not opened in 30 days are stored at a lower quality to save space. Originals are kept for 30 days, so write to support with the file name if you want one.
Silence at the end of a voicemail is trimmed to save space. The message itself is not changed.
When two records match closely, the nightly merge can combine them into one. You are asked to review the change before it is applied.
